Dear Parents,

Our class visit to the Positive Lifestyle Centre, Bradford City Football Club is on Tuesday 16^th March.

We shall be leaving school at 12.15 pm, so your child will need to bring a packed lunch.  This will be eaten in class before we go. 

Children should wear school uniform.

Our ‘Drugs Awareness’ workshop will finish at 3pm, so we should return to school around 3.45pm.

If you have not returned the consent form, please complete and return the slip below. If you not yet paid the £4.35, please bring it to school in a named, sealed envelope by Friday 12^th March.
