This event has now been running for 7 to 8 years
and children wait for it year after year
to come around
There is a licensed bar - £1.50 for a drink of beer/lager or wine and
pie and peas supper is included in the
admission price of £2.50 for adults and
for children there are hot dogs (50p) along with other
refreshments which are sold on the night
All Snails have been sold but don't worry if your child hasn't managed to buy a Snail they can bet on one on the night and cheer it along!
Admission tickets will be sold a week before the event - a letter will be
handed out in due course!

THE DIAMOND JUBILEE "BIG LUNCH" MENU COMPETITION
Ever wondered what the Queen would like to eat at her Jubilee banquet?
Perhaps Chicken Royale with King Edward potatoes and Queen beans. Princess Marguerita pizza, or maybe Corgish pastie?
This is your chance to create a school dinner menu for the school's Jubilee Day celebrations on Wednesday 30th May 2012.
Mr. Tatham has valiantly agreed to prepare, cook and serve the winning meal (so try not to make the ingredients too unusual) and the winning menu design will be displayed on each dining table on the day.
All menu entries should be A5 size, listing the starter, main course and dessert, decorated as much or as little as you wish, and should be submitted to the school office by Monday 14th May 2012 with your name and class clearly marked on the back.
The entries will be judged by a guest judge week commencing the 21st May 2012.

£328.45 was made on the night which
is a fantastic amount. It was a calm, relaxing
evening with indulgent treatments and lovely stalls.

Then everytime you want to buy off the internet, log onto the giving machine first, then choose the site you wish to buy from. If you buy anything a percentage will be given to the school.
